Shipping
We supply free shipping for all the items on this website. The tracking number will be provided through email in 2 days after your payment. And then you can get it delivery in 7-12 business days. There will be 2-3 days delay when it comes to holidays in both sides. We usually work with EMS, HK EMS and DHL. Please contact with your local carrier if they can deliver to your door. All the items will be well packed which is heatproof and waterproof.

Returns
We can accept the returned package in less than 7 days after the buyers receiving the items. Please make sure that the unused products are in a good state. You should connect with us through email or online service before the returns service start. And after you getting the confirmed email, you can send the package back. We can refund on the same day after the package being received. The buyers should be responsible for all the shipping fee of the returned package.
